Orders are shipped Tuesday through Saturday and we acknowledge all major US Holidays per the USPS shipping schedule. • We ship orders within the United States only (no International shipping) via UPS and USPS at our discretion. • Our shipping rates are as follows:

We pride ourselves on shipping your order as soon as possible and typically process the order within 1 business day. • We do offer expedited shipping options through USPS. The shipping cost is determined by the weight of the package and the destination address. Please contact us if you require expedited shipping. • We do not ship on Sundays, Mondays or holidays, as our shop is closed on those days. • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an automatic email. • Once your order ships from highsewciety.com, it is in the hands of our dear friends at the United States Post Office or UPS. Any inquiries involving shipping delays or deliveries can be directed to the USPS or UPS, depending on the method of shipment. High Sewciety Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• Orders placed from, or shipping to South Carolina destinations. will be charged the current sales tax rate. • We collect and submit all applicable sales tax to the State of South Carolina Department of Revenue, as required by law.
We are bummed you’re not loving your purchase! • You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. Refunds will be processed once items are returned to us. • Refunds will not be given for original nor accrued shipping charges. Return shipping costs will be at customer expense unless the order/item being returned was sent in error or damaged. • Unless an item is received in damaged condition and reported to High Sewciety Boutique prior to return...OR unless it has a manufacturer defect, the returned item(s) must be received in new re-sellable condition. Any product you return, must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. If any item has been opened or used and cannot be resold, the customer will not be refunded the full purchase price. You can return any fabrics as long as they are unwashed, uncut, odor-free, and unaltered in any way. • Downloaded items, Inventory Reduction, and Closeout/Clearance items are not eligible for return and/or refund. All sales on these items are final. • High Sewciety Boutique will not accept returns on sewing patterns or books. All pattern and book sales are final. • You must contact High Sewciety Boutique by email at email@example.com for authorization to return. • High Sewciety Boutique is not responsible for damage that may occur in the return shipping of items. If your order has fragile items or has a high dollar value, we suggest that you purchase postal insurance for your return package. • Eligible refunds will be made in the same format as the original payment and only to the person that made the original order. This means that credit card refunds will be issued to the same credit card used for the purchase. Paypal refunds will be issued to the same Paypal account used to place the order. • After an order has shipped, if a customer decides to "REFUSE" the shipment being made by the Post Office, the customer will only be refunded for the total of the merchandise in the order. (once we receive the order back through the Post Office.) The original shipping fee is not refundable in this case unless it has been determined that High Sewciety Boutique made an error in the order. • We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you can return the unwanted item per the return policy. Then you can place a new order through our website. • Sales and Discounts: Sale prices and discounts are only valid during the actual period specified. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Accordingly, High Sewciety Boutique will not issue refunds or discounts on any items purchased and shipped prior to a sale start date or after a sale date expires. • Claims for missing or incorrect items: Customer is responsible to inspect their order upon receipt. All claims for incorrect, missing, damaged/broken items must be made within 3 business days of receipt of the order. Claims will not be considered valid after 3 business days from delivery/receipt of the order. • Our system is automated. The customers shipping label will print out exactly as it has been typed by the customer in the shopping cart. We will not be able to replace or refund any item(s) due to customer error in providing their shipping address. If an order is shipped with the wrong shipping address due to customer error at checkout, the US Post Office will return the package.
